in what episode of sailor moon does rini become a sailor scout?

i've seen a ton of the first sailor moon episodes and i cant really
remember the ones i have and havnt seen, but i wanted to start
watching it again and i started on episode 54 in the english version
and watched through 81 and they all seemed to be in order, but the
person who uploaded the episodes left out 83-89. so i went to 90 and
it was the one with the vilian called heart attack, so i clicked all
the way through 96 and ive seen them all, but somebody said rini
becomes a sailor scout in english dub episode 95, but rini wasnt in
those at all. i think maybe the person who uploaded the episodes got
them mixed up or something.
does anyone know where i can watch 83-89 in english? and also is 95
the real episode rini becomes a sailor scout? i'm uber confused :(
also i wanted to add, the episodes 90-96 i was talking about, they're
the same as the episodes on my sailor moon dvd called sailor moon s
vol.1 and at the top it says signature series, idk if that helps or
not.
